Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all current locations are currently closed, and The Lower Shore Health Insurance Assistance Program will not be meeting with consumers in-person. Please call 1(855)445-5540 to receive over-the-phone assistance with your enrollment into health and/or dental insurance.

For Open Enrollment (Nov.1 - Dec.15), the Call Center currently operates
Monday - Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday, from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

To Enroll, you will need the following - Maryland Health Connection Application Checklist: (please bring the following documents to your appointment)
- Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
- Birthdates and general information about you and your family members who are also applying for health coverage
- Policy numbers for any current health insurance
- Employer and income information for everyone in your family (for example, from pay stubs, W-2 forms or wage and tax statements)
- Proof of citizenship or immigration status
- Information about any job-related coverage available to your family
